WINDOW & GLASS CLEANING

The glass nobody else wants to reach.

Clean glass at ground level is easy

The difficult glass is the glass nobody else wants to reach. Villas in Tulum are built with double-height windows, panoramic panes, atriums and glass railings — and most of it cannot be cleaned safely from a ladder.

The kind of glazing this service is built for — double height, out of reach from the floor.

The method is chosen after seeing the property

We do not use a pole, a scaffold or a lift simply because we own one. The access method is selected after assessing the elevation, the ground, overhead hazards, wind and the rated limits of the equipment.

Water-fed telescopic poles

For exterior glass that can be reached safely from ground level. Long-reach systems cover difficult elevations without putting a ladder against the glass or a person at height.

Purified-water cleaning

Mineral-free water is fed through the brush so the glass dries without spots. With ordinary tap water in the Yucatán, the mineral content leaves marks as it dries and the work looks unfinished.

Professional hand cleaning

For accessible interior and exterior glass, frames, sills and detail work where a pole cannot do the job properly.

Specialist access

Where the elevation is beyond pole reach or the access is complex, we assess the site and use or coordinate an appropriate lift, scaffold or qualified specialist access method.

What we clean

  • Large villa windows and panoramic glass
  • Double-height and floor-to-ceiling windows
  • Condominium and apartment exterior glass
  • Hotel and hospitality glass
  • Commercial storefronts and office glass
  • Glass railings, partitions and difficult-access panels
  • Frames, sills and tracks where included
  • Salt, dust and water-spot buildup typical of the coast

Recurring programmes, not emergency cleaning

Glass on this coast does not stay clean. Salt, humidity and rain rebuild the same film every few weeks, and once it hardens into mineral deposits the job stops being a cleaning and becomes a restoration.

Monthly

Best for exposed glass, hotels and properties with constant guest turnover.

Every two months

A practical cycle for most residential and condominium properties.

Quarterly

Suitable for villas and lower-traffic properties away from the beach.

One-time or pre-event

For owners arriving, property handovers, photo shoots and openings.

Safety comes before the quote

Work at height is the part of this job that goes wrong badly when it goes wrong. Before any quotation we assess the elevation, the surface, ground conditions, overhead hazards and the weather window, and we select the method that fits — not the one that is fastest.

Where a task requires rope access, suspended access or a lift beyond our qualified scope, we use or coordinate a trained and qualified specialist rather than improvising.

Work at height is subject to Mexican safety requirements and to the rules of the building. The property owner or building management needs to provide safe access and disclose known hazards, restricted areas and building requirements.

This is also why there is no fixed price list. Two buildings with the same glass area can need completely different equipment, and the quote follows the access, not the square metres.

How to get a quote

Send the property location, the number of floors, roughly how much glass there is and a few photos of the elevations. We review the access requirements and come back with a written quotation. For anything above pole reach we visit the site before quoting.

Send us the glass and we will tell you how to reach it.
